What you get when you print with us
A printed Pennant card is a 2.5 by 3.5 inch trading card on 16pt C2S cardstock with a UV gloss front, printed in full color on both sides and cut to size on commercial equipment. It is the same size, weight, and finish as a card from a retail pack, so it fits the sleeves, top loaders, and binder pages kids already have.
You do not send us files. You design the cards in the app, which keeps every card in the set consistent and sets up the bleed, trim, and color for print automatically. When the set looks right on screen, you order and it goes to press. If you would rather print somewhere else, the same project can be exported as print-ready PDFs.

Print specs
16pt C2S cardstock
Coated two sides, about as thick as a modern pack-pulled card and noticeably stiffer than a playing card. It does not curl or feel like a photo print.
UV gloss on the front
A high-gloss UV coat over the photo side for deeper color and scuff resistance. Fronts and backs both print in full color.
Cut to 2.5 by 3.5 inches
Standard trading card size with square corners, cut on commercial equipment. Finished cards fit penny sleeves, top loaders, and nine-pocket binder pages.
Edge-to-edge printing
Every design is built with a bleed, so full-photo layouts like Jumbotron and Minimal run right off the edge with no white border.
Printed in the USA
We work with a US commercial printer rather than a print-on-demand marketplace. Each order ships in one box to one address.
Rush printing available
Standard turnaround is 4 to 5 business days. Rush cuts that to 2. Pick FedEx Ground or FedEx Express at checkout.
How printing works
1. Design online
Pick one of 12 designs, set team colors, add photos and names. Cards render as you edit, so what you see is what is sent to print.
2. Review every card
Flip through the whole set front and back before you pay. Fix a photo or a spelling and the card updates in place.
3. We print
Your order goes to press on 16pt gloss cardstock and is cut to size. Standard printing takes 4 to 5 business days, rush takes 2.
4. We ship
FedEx Ground arrives in 2 to 5 business days, FedEx Express in 1 to 2. Tracking is emailed when the box leaves the printer.
Printing with us or printing it yourself
Both start from the same project. Choose at checkout.
Printed and shipped. We print on 16pt gloss cardstock, cut to size, and ship FedEx in one box. This is the simplest option and the only one where we can stand behind the finished quality. Pick it when you are in the US and have two weeks or so before the cards are needed, or ten days with rush printing.
Digital download. You get CMYK PDFs with bleed and trim marks for every card, plus a sheet of instructions to hand to a print shop. Pick it when you are outside the US, when a local shop can turn cards around faster than shipping, or when you only need a few cards and a $25 download plus a trip to a copy shop beats the 18-card minimum. Ask the shop for 14pt or 16pt C2S gloss stock and cutting to 2.5 by 3.5 inches.

Yes. The Custom design takes your own front and back artwork as an overlay and lets you place the text fields where you want them. The Blank design gives you the whole card. Yes. A digital download gives you high-resolution CMYK PDFs with bleed and trim marks, plus instructions for a local print shop. Downloads start at $25 per project. This is the right option if you are outside the US, you need cards faster than shipping allows, or you want to use a printer you already trust.
Printed orders ship within the United States. For teams elsewhere, order a digital download and have the files printed locally. The PDFs are set up to the same 2.5 by 3.5 inch size with bleed, so any commercial printer can match the result.
18 cards and $100 per order, with at least 18 copies of each card. A single player with 18 or more copies meets the minimum. Most teams order 20 to 25 copies per player so every kid has a card of every teammate.
