Can I upload my team logo/graphics?
Yes! Every design supports uploading custom team logos/graphics, which you can resize and place anywhere on the card, front and back.
How long will it take to get my cards?
Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are sent to the printer within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon or Saturday are sent by Sunday. Standard printer turnaround is 3-5 business days, with a rush option (1-2 business days) available for an additional fee. We offer Standard (Ground) and Express (2-Day Air) shipping options.
What's the quality like?
Our cards are professionally printed by a commercial print shop on thick gloss 16pt C2S card stock, with a UV gloss coat on the front. The cards are precision cut to standard baseball card size (2.5"x3.5"), have sharp, unrounded corners, and a high-quality feel and finish.
What sports do you support?
All of them! Our card designs have customizable team colors, layouts, and ball icons. We have ball icons for baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, football, and bowling. You can also upload your own custom team graphics.
Are there minimum order quantities?
For printed cards, we have a minimum of 25 total cards printed. We can accommodate orders up to entire leagues. Our pricing has built-in volume discounts that automatically apply.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship printed cards within the United States. If you're outside the US, or prefer not to wait for shipping, we also offer digital downloads - you'll receive high-resolution, print-ready files ready to send to your local print shop.
What are digital downloads?
Our digital downloads are hi-res, print-ready CMYK PDFs, with bleed and trim marks, along with instructions for your local print shop. Made for anyone located outside the US, in need of cards ASAP, or wanting complete control over the printing process.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and best practices for keeping your data safe and secure. Player photos are stored privately with no public access, and we automatically delete your project data after a period of time that you can configure.
How do the cards arrive?
Our printer sends your cards carefully packaged in a stack. If you're looking for pre-packaged sets using glassine or foil wrapper packs, we can do that too - get in touch for a custom quote!
