Have questions about creating trading cards for your league? We're here to help.
What sports do you support?
All of them! Our card designs have customizable team colors, layouts, and ball icons. We have ball icons for baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, and football. We support both youth and adult leagues.
What type of cardstock do you use?
We use gloss 285gsm cardstock, which we think strikes a great balance between quality and cost. The cards feel like Pokémon™, playing cards, or some Upper Deck™ cards. They have sharp, unrounded corners.
How long will it take to get my cards?
Once you place a print order, cards are sent to our printer within 1 business day. Our printer generally prints and ships orders within 3 business days.
Do you provide a photographer?
We have a small network of photographers we work with and are continually adding more (if you're a professional photographer, get in touch). Feel free to ask if we have a photographer in your area, otherwise bring your own, or ask parents to upload their own photos to use.
Are there minimum order quantities?
We can accomodate anywhere from a single team of 5 players up to a league with many hundreds of players, and anywhere from 10 to 50 cards per player. Our pricing model has built-in volume discounts that automatically apply.
Which countries do you ship to?
For now we ship within the United States. If you run a league in a different country and would like to order cards from us, let us know.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and best practices for keeping your data safe and secure. Player photos are stored privately with no public access, and you can configure the automatic deletion policy for your projects.
What do I need to get started?
You'll need basic league data - team names, player names, parent emails - which you can import using a CSV file. We're happy to help get you set up and guide you through the whole process.
