Personalized Baseball Cards for Your Team

Every card carries that player's photo, number, stats, and favorites. Parents fill in their own, the design stays consistent, and you place one order.

Personalized for each player, consistent across the team

A personalized baseball card is only as good as the details on it. The photo should be that kid. The number should be right. The back should say what they actually bat, or what they actually walk up to. Getting that right for one card is easy. Getting it right for 14 is where most team parents give up and hand out generic photo cards.

Pennant Cards separates the two jobs. You pick the design, colors, and which fields appear. Each family personalizes their own player through a form link, uploading a photo and answering the questions you chose. The result is a set where every card is different on the inside and identical on the outside, like a real pack.

Cards are printed on 16pt gloss cardstock at standard 2.5 by 3.5 inch size and shipped to you in one box. Pricing starts at $1.25 per card with a 25-card minimum and drops with quantity.

What you can personalize

Each field is optional, and each player can have different ones filled in.

Photo

One or two photos per card depending on the design. Backgrounds are removed automatically so every player sits on the same clean backdrop.

Name, nickname, and number

First and last name on the front, with an optional nickname and the jersey number set in the design.

Position and awards

Position on the front, plus a season award like Most Improved or Golden Glove on the back if you give them out.

Season stats

A stats table with columns you define. Use real numbers from GameChanger, or skip it for T-ball and use fun facts instead.

Favorites

Favorite MLB player and team, walk-up song, favorite food, favorite movie, and a fun fact. Kids love filling these in.

Team details

Team name, league, season year, team colors, and logo, applied consistently so the set looks like it came from one pack.

How parents personalize their own kid's card

1. You send one link

Each project has a form link. Text it to the team group chat or email it to families. No app to install.

2. Parents personalize their own kid

Each family uploads a photo and answers the questions you chose. They see exactly what you asked for, nothing else.

3. You review and fix

Every submission lands in your project. Swap a blurry photo, fix a typo, or fill in a missing number before you order.

4. One order, one box

All the cards print together and ship to you. Sort them into stacks per player and hand them out at the last game.

What the back can say

The back of a personalized card is where the personality goes. Teams usually pick one of these, or combine two on a single back:

  • Stats table. Columns you name, such as AVG, HR, RBI, SB, IP, and K. Good for 10U and up.
  • Favorites. Favorite player, favorite team, walk-up song, favorite food, nickname, fun fact. The most popular choice for younger teams. Our roundup of what kids actually answer shows how it turns out.
  • Custom text. A coach's note, a season recap, or a sponsor thank-you.
  • Team roster. Every name and number on the team, generated automatically.

If a player leaves a field blank, the card fills it with a verified baseball fact so nothing prints empty.

Frequently asked questions

The photo, name, nickname, jersey number, position, team, and season on the front. On the back, a stats table with your own columns, a favorites list (favorite player, favorite team, walk-up song, fun fact, and more), a custom text block, or the team roster. Each player’s card has their own content while the design, colors, and logo stay the same across the set.

Yes. Every card is generated from that player’s own data. One player can have a full stats line while another has favorites only. If a field is empty for a player, the card fills it with a verified baseball fact instead of leaving a gap.

Yes. Share the project’s form link and each parent uploads a photo and fills in the fields you chose. You keep control of the design and review every card before ordering. This is how most teams collect walk-up songs and favorite players without a spreadsheet.

Printed cards start at $1.25 each and fall with quantity: about $0.70 per card for a typical team order and under $0.40 per card for a league. The minimum order is 25 cards, with at least 18 copies of each player. There is no per-player setup fee and no charge for personalizing each card differently.

Yes. Every design has ball icons for baseball, soccer, basketball, football, hockey, and bowling, and the stats columns are yours to name. See custom team trading cards for examples from other sports.
