Custom projects and packs.
Beyond standard team orders, we take on fully custom trading card projects: sealed packs, custom labels, original designs, and large data-driven print runs.

Trusted with projects at every scale
We've delivered custom projects for large health care corporations and collegiate-level baseball leagues, from commemorative sets to season-long pack programs.
What we can do
Heat-sealed packs
We offer foil wrapped and heat-sealed, or glassine (waxy) packs. Anywhere from 1 to 25 per pack, sorted per your requirements and sealed in-house.
Custom labels
UV gloss coated label stickers for pack fronts, boxes, and promotional inserts. Printed to match your branding and applied before shipping.
Custom designs
Front and back layouts designed from scratch to your brand guidelines, or adapted from an existing design in our library.
Automated data import and production
Rosters, stats, and photos are imported directly from your spreadsheets or systems, then rendered and prepared for press automatically. Thousands of unique cards without manual data entry.
Rigorous QA throughout
Every card is proofed before printing, and every print run is inspected before packing. Names, numbers, photos, and colors are checked at each stage.
Quick turnaround when you need it
Planning ahead is always best, since it leaves room for proofing rounds and a reprint if anything needs to change. But when the calendar is tight, we also take on projects that need a fast turnaround.

Data import and design
Your rosters, stats, and photos are imported directly from your spreadsheets or systems, and the cards and labels are designed and proofed. Nothing goes to press until you approve.
Print production and packing
Cards are printed on thick, glossy cardstock, inspected, sorted into packs, sealed, and labeled. Rush options are available.
Shipping
Finished packs ship directly to you, your venue, or multiple locations.
