Custom Trading Cards for Your Business
Employee cards for onboarding and team events, provider cards for a health system, giveaway packs for a conference booth. Send a spreadsheet and headshots and we handle the rest.

Why companies make trading cards
A trading card is a small, physical introduction. It says who someone is, what they do, and one or two things that make them memorable, in a format people keep. That is why major health systems have ordered physician cards from us with specialty, hospital affiliation, and contact details, and why companies use them for new-hire kits, sales kickoffs, and anniversaries.
We produce them the way you would want a vendor to. You send an export from your HR system or a spreadsheet plus a folder of headshots, or a form link your people fill in themselves. We lay the cards out to your brand guidelines, you approve proofs, and the cards arrive in sorted stacks or sealed packs.
Cards are standard 2.5 by 3.5 inches on 16pt gloss stock, printed in the USA. Larger organizations, districts, and municipalities can start from the overview of custom trading cards for organizations.
Ways businesses use custom cards
Employee and team cards
New-hire welcome kits, team directories people actually keep, year-end recognition. Headshot, name, and title on the front; role, start date, and a few personal facts on the back.
Physician and provider cards
Specialty, hospital affiliation, location, and contact details, handed to patients and referring practices. We have produced sets like this for major health systems.
Sales kickoffs and offsites
A rookie card for every rep with territory and a stat line. Sealed packs on each seat make a better opener than a lanyard.
Conference and trade show giveaways
A card for each speaker or team member, or sealed packs handed out at the booth. Small, flat, and kept longer than a pen.
Product and launch cards
One card per product, feature, or release, with specs on the back. Works for internal launches as well as customer events.
Anniversaries and milestones
Founders, long-tenured employees, every location, a limited run for the company’s twenty-fifth year.
What we can do
Custom templates
Front and back layouts designed from scratch to your brand guidelines, or one of our designs adapted with your colors, logo, and fields.
Custom development
When a project needs more than a template: cards generated from your database or spreadsheet, custom fields, photo collection forms under your own branding, and integrations with your systems.
Bulk data import
Names, titles, stats, and photos imported directly from your spreadsheets or systems and rendered automatically. Nobody re-types a roster of 500 people.
Sealed packs and labels
Foil heat-sealed or glassine packs with 1 to 25 cards each, sorted to your spec and sealed in-house, with UV gloss labels in your branding.
Proofing and QA
Every card is proofed before printing, and every printed card is inspected for print quality, surface, edges, trim alignment, and gloss coat.
Production and shipping
Printed in the USA on thick gloss cardstock, with rush options when the calendar is tight. Finished cards ship to you, your venue, or multiple locations.
What goes on the back
The front is the photo, name, and title. The back is where the card earns its keep. Common layouts for business cards:
- Directory. Department, location, start date, email, and phone. Useful for provider cards and new-hire kits.
- Profile. Hometown, previous role, favorite project, a fun fact, and a one-line quote. The most popular layout for team-building sets.
- Stats. Columns you define, such as years of service, deals closed, or certifications. Sales teams like this one.
- Message. A note from leadership, a product description, or a sponsor thank-you.
Fields are per person, so one card can carry a stat line while another carries a profile.

3. Print, inspect, pack
Cards are printed, inspected one by one, then sorted into stacks or sealed packs with your labels.
4. Ship
Finished cards ship to your office, your venue, or several locations at once.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Send your guidelines, logo files, and color values and we design the front and back to match. If you have a design team, they can supply finished artwork and we handle the data merge and production. Either way you approve proofs before printing.
Three options, which can be combined. Send a folder of existing directory photos named by person. Send a spreadsheet and we match photos to rows. Or share a form link where each employee uploads their own photo and fills in their fields from their phone. Backgrounds are removed automatically, so photos from different offices look like one set.
