Pennant Cards started with youth baseball, and that is still where most orders come from. 2. Design and data
We adapt a template or design yours, then import your names, titles, and photos. You see proofs before anything is printed.
3. Print, inspect, pack
Cards are printed, inspected one by one, then sorted into stacks or sealed packs with your labels.
4. Ship
Finished cards ship to your office, your venue, or several locations at once.

2.5 by 3.5 inches, the same size as a pack card, so they fit sleeves, top loaders, and binder pages.
16pt C2S cardstock
Thick, coated on both sides, with a UV gloss front. They feel like a real card, not a photo print.
Front and back printed
Photo, name, and title on the front. Bio, stats, contact details, a message, or a roster on the back.
Sealed packs optional
Foil heat-sealed or glassine packs, 1 to 25 cards each, with custom UV gloss labels.

Orders placed through the web app with one of our standard designs start at 25 cards. Custom projects (a custom template, sealed packs, data import, development work) are quoted individually. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you what makes sense; small runs are often fine.
Standard designs ordered through the web app start at $1.25 per card and fall to under $0.40 per card at volume. Custom templates, development, packs, and labels are quoted per project based on quantity and scope. You get a written quote before any work starts, and nothing prints until you approve proofs.
Yes. Send brand guidelines, logo files, and colors, and we design the front and back to match, or adapt one of our existing designs with your colors and logo. For organizations with several sub-brands, such as schools in a district or departments in a city, we can vary colors per group while keeping one layout.
Usually both of these, combined. Send a spreadsheet export from your HR system, student information system, or roster and we import it. For photos, send a folder of headshots named by person, or use a form link where each person uploads their own photo and fills in their fields. Backgrounds are removed automatically so headshots from different sources look like one set.
Printing takes 4 to 5 business days plus shipping. A custom project adds design and proofing time up front, which mostly depends on how quickly we receive your data and approvals. Tell us your date and we will work backward from it. Rush options exist when the calendar is tight.
Yes. Foil heat-sealed or glassine packs with 1 to 25 cards each, sorted however you need (one of each, random, by department) and sealed in-house. Labels are printed on UV gloss sticker stock with your design, on the front or both sides of the pack.
No. Many organizations never log in. Send us the data and photos, we handle layout and production, and you review proofs by email. If you would rather build the cards yourself, the web app is free to use with any of our designs.
