Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my cards?

Our printer turnaround time is 3-4 business days. We work with several commercial print shops across the US, and use the printer closest to you so that you get your cards faster. We offer Standard (Ground), and Express (Air) shipping options.

What are digital downloads?

Our digital downloads are hi-res, print-ready CMYK PDFs, with bleed and trim marks, along with instructions for your local print shop. Perfect if you're located outside the US, need your cards ASAP, or want complete control over the printing process.

What sports do you support?

All of them! Our card designs have customizable team colors, layouts, and ball icons. We have ball icons for baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey, football, and bowling. We support both youth and adult leagues.

What's the quality like?

Our cards are professionally printed by a commercial print shop on gloss 14lb C2S card stock, which is thicker than playing cards. The cards are baseball card sized (2.5" x 3.5"), have sharp, unrounded corners and a high-quality feel and finish.

Do you provide a photographer?

We have a small network of photographers we work with and are continually adding more (if you're a professional photographer, get in touch!). Feel free to ask if we have a photographer in your area, otherwise bring your own, or ask parents to upload their own photos to use.

Are there minimum order quantities?

For printed cards, we have a minimum of 25 total cards printed. We can accommodate orders up to entire leagues. Our pricing has built-in volume discounts that automatically apply.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship printed cards within the United States. If you're outside the US or prefer not to wait for shipping, we also offer digital downloads - you'll receive high-resolution, print-ready files ready to send to your local print shop.

Is my data secure?

We use industry-standard encryption and best practices for keeping your data safe and secure. Player photos are stored privately with no public access, and we automatically delete your project data after a period of time that you can configure.

What do I need to get started?

You just need team names and player names, which you can add in the app or import using a CSV file. We're happy to help get you set up.

Pennant Cards was created by a little league parent in NYC who saw first-hand how much time and effort went into producing baseball cards for his son's 150-person league.

We are dedicated to making it easy for busy coaches and parents to create great-looking youth sports trading cards that celebrate their players and teams, with little time and financial investment.
