Return Policy

Overview
All Pennant Cards orders are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.
Refunds for Defective Products
Note that standard commercial printers have a trim shift tolerance of 1/16" or 1.5mm-2mm, so some amount of shifting to the trim lines is to be expected.
We perform quality control checks before starting the print process. If your cards arrive with manufacturing defects, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or replacement. Defects may include:
- Significant printing errors or quality issues
- Damaged cards due to shipping or handling
- Missing cards from your order
To request a refund for a defective product, please contact us at support@pennant.cards within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the defect.
Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for errors in the content provided by you or submitted through player forms. This includes but is not limited to:
- Spelling errors in player names or other text
- Incorrect player information or statistics
- Photo quality issues from uploaded images
- Design choices or customization selections
We strongly encourage you to carefully review all card designs before placing your order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for customer errors.
No Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to make changes to your order, you will need to place a new order with the corrected information.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. After this window, orders cannot be canceled as they enter our production workflow.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
