Custom Trading Cards for Events
A card for every speaker, a pack for every guest, a limited run for the fundraiser table. Sealed foil packs with your label, delivered to the venue.

Cards people keep after the event
Most event swag is gone by the following week. A trading card gets kept because it is about a person. We have made limited-edition packs sold at the ballpark for a collegiate summer league, white-labeled sets for company events, and team sets for tournaments and camps.
For events, production usually means packs: 1 to 25 cards each, foil heat-sealed or glassine, with a UV gloss label designed to match the event. Tell us how to sort them (one of each, random, by table) and we seal them in-house and ship to the venue.
Cards are standard 2.5 by 3.5 inches on 16pt gloss stock, printed in the USA. For recurring programs rather than a single date, start from the overview of custom trading cards for organizations.
Events we make cards for
Conferences and trade shows
A card for every speaker or team member, or sealed packs handed out at the booth. Flat, light, and kept longer than any other giveaway.
Fundraisers and galas
Limited-edition packs sold at the event, or a card for each honoree. We produce packs sold at the ballpark for a collegiate summer league.
Weddings and reunions
Wedding party cards as favors, or a family reunion set with a card for every branch of the tree. Small runs are fine.
Company retreats and team building
A pack on every seat with a card for each attendee. The trading starts before the first session does.
Tournaments, camps, and clinics
Every participant gets a card, with photos collected through a form link in the days before. See team trading cards for single-team orders.
Season openers and fan giveaways
Team sets in sealed packs for the first home game, with a label designed for the season.
What we can do
Custom templates
Front and back layouts designed from scratch to your brand guidelines, or one of our designs adapted with your colors, logo, and fields.
Custom development
When a project needs more than a template: cards generated from your database or spreadsheet, custom fields, photo collection forms under your own branding, and integrations with your systems.
Bulk data import
Names, titles, stats, and photos imported directly from your spreadsheets or systems and rendered automatically. Nobody re-types a roster of 500 people.
Sealed packs and labels
Foil heat-sealed or glassine packs with 1 to 25 cards each, sorted to your spec and sealed in-house, with UV gloss labels in your branding.
Proofing and QA
Every card is proofed before printing, and every printed card is inspected for print quality, surface, edges, trim alignment, and gloss coat.
Production and shipping
Printed in the USA on thick gloss cardstock, with rush options when the calendar is tight. Finished cards ship to you, your venue, or multiple locations.
Pack and label options
- Pack type. Foil heat-sealed for a retail feel, or glassine (waxy paper) for a vintage one.
- Pack size. Anywhere from 1 to 25 cards per pack.
- Sorting. One of each card, random assortments, a specific card in every pack, or sets grouped by table, team, or department.
- Labels. UV gloss sticker labels on the front, or front and back, printed from your artwork or designed by us to match the cards.
- Loose stacks. If you do not need packs, cards ship sorted into stacks per person, ready to hand out.
How an event project works
1. Tell us about the project
Who the cards are for, roughly how many, what goes on the front and back, and your date. We will respond within one business day.
2. Design and data
We adapt a template or design yours, then import your names, titles, and photos. You see proofs before anything is printed.
3. Print, inspect, pack
Cards are printed, inspected one by one, then sorted into stacks or sealed packs with your labels.
4. Ship
Finished cards ship to your office, your venue, or several locations at once.
